Lego Batman Movie

Can't wait to see the Lego Batman movie this weekend!  Taking the boys on Sunday as a treat for their great reports.  Josh made all As and Matt made As & Bs. :)

Also looking forward to the Lego Ninjago movie coming out in September.  We have watched all of the episodes on Netflex a thousand times.  Every night before bedtime.  We love our Lego movies!!

Schedule Changes

Well we are gearing up for some changes in our schedules.  Matthew starts driver's ed class on Monday after school.  This will be every day but Fridays for three weeks.  He is hoping that he can get his permit on his 15th birthday this summer.  Crazy to think of Matt driving!  Josh is starting swim lesson on Monday too.  So two days a week for three weeks Josh and I will be at the aquatic center.  I hope that he listen and learns a lot this time.  We took lessons a few years ago but he was still very afraid of the water.  I hope this time he is ready to jump in so we are all ready for warmer weather.

Matthew made it through his first set of high school exams and I'm hoping for a great report card.  He is too. :)  His new semester classes stated last week and so far so good.  These are a little harder because they are not his favorite subjects and none of his friends are in his classes.  But this school year only has four more months left.  Time is just flying by. :(  I do want to post a funny conversation that me and Matt had on the first day of his new classes.  Matt said "Mom do you know what girls do when they see you looking at your snapchat page?"  They all ask if you can add them to your account. So in a way, Matt got seven girls' "number" the first day of classes.  He was pretty impressed with himself because one of the girls he added is one that he likes.  Oh I'm not ready for the dating thing to start yet!!

I'm going to end with one of my favorite pictures of all of us in the truck heading out to go sledding at Nana and Paw-Paw's house for the first snow of the season.  Love my boys!
